Zumba Dance Fitness
We believe that fitness should involve the whole family. If your child is enrolled, then Zumba is free to the parents. It's also free to the members and their significant others. You don't need to be a member to take a class - it's just $5 for members and $8 for non-members.

Martial Arts Conditioning and Fitness Clinic
Generally, martial arts training increases a person’s strength, stability, stamina, flexibility and explosive power. In this class, we can target specific areas such as flexibility, core-strength, explosive power, agility/cordination, and balance exercises. It's our new Martial Arts Conditioning and Fitness Clinic.
In this class you will work out with the others as a group. You can also ask for specifics, to strengthen specific areas of your training. Can't quite ckick as high as you'd like? Ask for focus homework on flexibility, or on greater strength in arms or legs if you feel you'd want to hit harder. Come to us with your requests, and we will help you achieve your goals! It's a once a week class with area specific "focus homework" you can do during the week. (child not included)
