Online and At-Dojo Schedule

We are open for classes both live at the dojo and online through Zoom. You may join in the dojo from anywhere in the world.
Dojo classes are held both indoors and out back. Indoors on the mat we have hospital-level air filters in the a.c., medical air filters on continually, and windows open. It’s a breezy dojo.
All students and staff at the dojo must do a temperature check and fill out the Covid Questionnaire before class, as well as washing hands and wearing a mask.
