Arnott Kenpo Karate is more than a martial arts school. We are a community. We work with kids to instill responsibility, focus and respect for each other as well as build leadership. We work with parents to understand their childs individual needs. We work with adults to make Kenpo work for them, at all ages, all skill levels.
Arnott Kenpo Karate is a "come as you are" karate studio. We will help you realize your individual goals - helping you to achieve the best that you can be.
We are here to make kenpo work for you in every way, not only as a student, but for the family as well. We have tea and coffee in the lobby while you wait, and free WiFi to surf the net. We also provide a quiet room that parents can go and get some work done while they wait.
Our fitness classes are free to immediate family and partners of Studio members. This includes the Zumba Classes and the Martial Arts Conditioning and Fitness Clinics.
How to get started
There are a couple of options to begin your path to your or your child's Black Belt:
• One month of group classes for either Kids or Adults, plus a single private lesson, plus a free gi. A good way to jump right in. - $99
• One month of group classes for 2 Adults, plus a shared private lesson, plus 2 free uniforms. Training with a friend is a good way to keep yourself motivated and accountable for your health and fitness. - $99
• One month of group classes for Mighty Tigers, plus a free gi. A good way to try out the Mighty Tigers program. - $85
• A package of 4 private lessons. An excellent way to build a foundation in American Kenpo Karate before you begin group classes. - $160
Our programs are made to fit your budget and your schedule. You never need a contract and can pay as you go, a month at a time. You can buy private lessons one at a time, or in discounted batches.
If you do commit to a contract you gain a considerable discount and can still pay in monthly installments through your credit card.
Adaptive Private Lessons
Arnott Kenpo Karate provides private lessons to individuals of all ages with physical, cognitive or developmental disabilities. Our adaptive instructors are trained in adaptive teaching methods and will assess and teach special needs students one-on-one to meet their specific needs, abilities and learning styles. We welcome individuals of all abilities.
• A package of 4 private lessons with adaptive teaching. - $210
Policies
• To cancel a scheduled lesson, please give us 24 hour notice. For no-shows and late cancellations, there is a $10 fee to reschedule. For example, if you buy a package of 4 lessons, and on the last lesson you are a no show, you don't lose the last lesson, and can reschedule for just $10.
• Respect and control matter. If you (or your child) are behaving in a way that the staff or students feel is consistently disrespectful, your membership is cancelled with no refunds given. That includes bullying, endangering the safety of yourself or others, ignorning instructor requests, and misuse or destruction of studio equipment.

Our training builds character, leadership and confidence - not only for children, but adults too.
Women in Kenpo
Kenpo Karate is excellent for women. It's indvidualized so that women can utilize defenses against holds, and locks frequently used against them.
